Lisa is the glue of the WAVE team !! Her super powers and Business Degree from the University of Maine, give her the ability to manage the creatives, and keep up with the day to day operations!!

Lisa also played Div1 softball and can swing a BIG BAT!!

Lisa is also an accomplished pilot.

Josh is WAVE's Lighting and Stage Designer . As the former lighting director at Lakewood Church in Houston Texas, Josh has spent many years developing both Broadcast and Concert lighting stage looks that work well together.

Toured with Leeland and Phil Wickham and is rumored to have a very dedicated tattoo!!

Ron began his career as a professional drummer in the infancy of the CCM movement with the critically acclaimed Jacob’s Trouble. Recording 5 major releases and touring throughout the US, Canada and Europe he shared the stage with DC Talk, The News Boys, Mylon Lefevre, Russ Taff and Phil Keaggy just to name a few. And yes, he has some great road stories that are mostly true.

After retiring from the road Ron became the head engineer for Sycamore recording studios and produced a number of recordings. From there it was a natural progression to become a Front of House Mixer.

Ron and his family are members of Mountain Lake Church where he was the Head of Audio and Lighting for over a decade

Ron’s passion is bringing over 20 years live production experience to the churches that WAVE serves.

He is a killer lighting designer, but won't admit it as an Audio Engineer!

Travis is a musician, producer and engineer from Atlanta, GA. Along with leading the sales team from WAVE Atlanta, Travis is also an active studio musician. As a worship musician Travis plays, performs and programs for North Point Ministries, Mountain Lake and 12 Stone Church. Travis holds degrees and certifications in music from the University of Houston and the Berklee College of Music. Travis aspires to combine cutting-edge technology and his professional music background to produce meaningful worship experiences that change peoples lives.

Bill heads up WAVE's technical services group and has had a passion for servicing AVL equipment for over 25 years! He is also an amazing musician who loves serving his Church.

Rusty has a true passion for desiging cutting edge cost effective stage layouts that create textures for Broadcast and Brand applications. Rusty is also an accomplished Audio Enigneer graduating with a degree from Full Sail University.

He serves WAVE and our clients as the Technical Director making sure all aspects of the installation are perfect

Kevin brings an integral value as a leader through his skills to streamline business processes, accomplish organizational goals, and develop leaders through investment in people. Having worked at FBC Dallas and Liberty University, Kevin is truley gifted to lead the WAVE Dallas efforts.

Jonathan has been serving as a media designer and director in the Church community for many years! His home church is Metro Life in Miami under the leadership of Steve and Mary Alessi. When he is not rockin a mix some where, you can find him suffering on the waters around Miami!!

Joe has a gifted knowledge of lighting, video, recording, live sound alignment and design, with a passion for excellence. Joe's extensive experience in studio, live mixing, and producing, and a great understanding of Apple technology, networking and IT, brings all these gifts together to serve the Church with passion!!

Darius is a Grammy Award winning audio engineer with over 28 years of expereince in live sound concert reinforcement to include live TV,CD and broadcasting productions. he has severed as Director of Audio Services for the Salem Baptist Church for over 15 years responsible for audio services campus wide for Adult, Youth and Childrens Worship services., also served as production coordinator for all of Salem"s special events/ outreach programs. Salem Produces (2) Live Weekly TV broadcast.

Darius also works for Grammy and Stellar Award winner and Gospel Recording Artist and Producer Donald Lawrence.

Highlight in his production career:

-Helping to win Souls at Salem Baptist Church1993 to 2011 (Through my work in audio and production)

-Atlanta Olympic Game in 1996 ( Wrestling, Indoor Football and Judo)

-Grammy Award 2007 Clark Sisters "One Last time"

-Grammy Solute to Gospel Presidents Merit Award Production 2006 and 2007 (LA and DC)

Attended Liberty University getting his degree in Business. Clark began his technical career at LU helping with audio/lighting for events. Went to run audio at New Generations church for a year then to Brentwood church for 2 years along with large venue support around virginia. Worked with over 100 different artists in Christian, rock, and country music, such as casting crowns, third day, newsboys, Steven Curtis chapman and others.

Jarron heads up our IT department and also works with our engineering group to develop rock solid networks for our clients AVL systems! He has a dedicated passion for serving our clients, his Church in Austin, and some nameless football team from Alabama!!

Charles is our electron flow ninja! He works on the design team making sure he can deliver what the Creative promises. Charles comes from Liberty University where he worked as lead designer and Crestron developer for all of the media systems on the campus, including the recently completed post facility in the School of Cinematic Arts that contained a final mix stage that acheived THX Certification. He holds Crestron's DMC-E certification for Digital Media and is always on the lookout for new ways to improve himself and technology. Charles'passion for music puts him either on stage as a drummer or behind the scenes as an Audio engineer.

Graduate of Full Sail University in Production Engineering. Jon has a great passion for serving people, and loves using his technical abilities and creative mixes to serve the Church!!

Daniel Albert has had 19 years as an Audio Engineer, Studio Manager, Broadcast Engineer, System Design and Installation of AVL. In 2000, he graduated from Full Sail of Winter Park Florida with a degree in Recording Arts and received the Directors Award for Studio Maintenance.

Daniel has spent the last ten years at Thomas Road Baptist Church and Liberty University campus as their Audio Engineer. He has operated their in-house recording studio, maintained multi-million dollar systems including installation of major facilities across campus. He is always willing to do what it takes to get the job done and done with excellence

For the last 20 years Terry has been passionately serving the ministry and worship community in several capacities, as a technical designer, musical director, and working with church plants. He has now combined all of those skill sets into a position with a WAVE!

As good as he is at WAVE, ya need to hear him rock a Hammond B3!!

Brett has a passion for woodworking and fabric installation unlike anyone we at WAVE have ever seen!! Having the distinction of being a Master Carpenter, his abilities are evident any time you walk on a WAVE acoustic install!

If we need to get somewhere quick, Brett can fly the cool jets!!!

Has worked for several churches in the Houston area as well as artist like Israel and New Breed, Kurt Carr, and many others.

When Michael is not rocking the Warehouse, making sure product gets in and out to you our clients, you can find him serving the local Charlotte Church vibe with lighting designs and tech support!

Tony joins the WAVE team with a background as an accomplished musician and independent business owner. After over 25 years on the road as the lead singer and bass guitarist for Mercury group Slickerbilly , Tony left his passion for performing (and his home town of Nashville) behind and moved to Atlanta where he owned and operated his own business selling, designing and fabricating high-end countertops. In this phase of his career, Tony worked closely with various creative talents and construction trades that enabled him to hone and perfect his project management skills.
